We let them tell us what to do
Why why why
We live to die for worthy things
Oh ya ya ya

We promised we would never lose our pride
Your word's worth nothing if you lie
We're standing tall and looking up, our Father would be proud
And I'm happy to be working my own ground

We'll be the last ones breathing here

Hey, sing your heart out boy
For all the people great and small
Oh, when all else is lost
The future still remains our own

We're taught that we were born to lose
But why why why
Don't waste your breath, it's time to choose
Oh ya ya ya

We promised we would never lose our pride
Your word's worth nothing if you lie
We're standing tall and looking up, our Father would be proud
And I'm happy to be working my own ground

I said
Hey, sing your heart out boy
For all the people great and small
Oh, when all else is lost
The future still remains our own

I hope

We let them tell us what to do
Why why why
We live to die for worthy things
Oh ya ya ya

No matter what they try, tearing up our lives
I know we will always rise

I said
Hey, sing your heart out boy
For all the people great and small
Oh, when all else is lost
The future still remains our own

I hope

The future still remains our own

I hope

Considering my favourite here (Sandraaaa!) is a no hoper to actually contend for the win, I really hope Stefan does it. The song did nothing for me in studio version but I really enjoy the cinematic staging and I think it would stand out in Turin.

Põhja Tallinn? :D
Nope. Although, I lived in Põhja-Tallinn for about 10 years. At the moment, more in south-west of Tallinn. There's more green here :D

But I understand your reference here  I'll give my regards to Risto (he's my close relative btw). Good to know that the band is so widely known xdance2

Tumblr, mostly.
Well ya better buckle up because Champion might win this lol xheart

Yeah there's like... four acts that could potentially win (Ott, Stefan, Jaagup and Anna), but Estonia want to be Scandinavian so badly they just cannot resist voting for the Swedish shite!

Maybe "Champion" is a better option than I first thought. Sahlene is Swedish, and Sweden is Estonia's semi. Malta love this sort of cheese and are in Estonia's semi. Ireland have delusions about good music and are in Estonia's semi. IT ALL FITS.

ALL ABOARD THE ANNA AUTOPED. #BeepBeepAnna'sGotTheKeysForAFinaleTrip

Here's my prediction before Saturday's final (don't count my personal taste, because my favs are already out of this competition):

1. STEFAN
He is going to win, I'm sure. According to all recent polls and fandom opinions he will! And I will back that result 100%! At the end, the Avicii comparison will come, but we'll live through it!

2. ANNA SAHLENE
She will make it to the Superfinal, I'm almost sure of it. A good effort, but still not THE song for me. Too cliche and similar to previous ESC entries and MelFest competition...

3. ELINA
Her performance at the final will be inch-perfect, but the public vote will not back that entirely.

4. ELYSA
A real dark horse for me. I don't expect her live performance would be a master peace. Therefore, I don't count her as a TOP3 contender, but... Surprises may come. It would not be the best selection for Estonia, I'm certain in it.

5. OTT
He will get good points from the jury and great points from televote. He might be in TOP3, but that would be absolutely maximum. I would not be sad if he wins, but the overall fandom vibe is making me worry. He should not be the one this time.

6. JAAGUP
Will score good points from jury, but televote won't back it. Good effort, but the "veterans" take their toll. I still hope he'll keep participating since his vocal appearance is MASSIVE!

7. STIG
I predict him in bottom 5, but it's quite difficult. He IS good, but the song is just not right for him. It's really up to the previous six acts that could fail and rise his final spot. A GENIUS composer and I will welcome him back every year!

8. ANDREI & GRETE
I don't underestimate the fan base of this song, but I highly doubt they could rank it higher in the final. I like the song, really! But I feel, it's not good enough for ESC, sorry...

9. BLACK VELVET
I really am glad, that they made it to the final! It surely is a special moment for us, 90's kids! Maybe a small dream has come to life regarding this band, but... I don't see them going further, unfortunately...

10. MINIMAL WIND
As much as I like the song, this is not a good entry for the ESC. I can't see them ranking better than 7th-10th place in the final. But a good effort and publicity for the genre! That made me look up their other songs and collaborations!

Well, I'll be waiting to see all these live performances live on site at Saku Suurhall! That's incredible since the venue was built for ESC 2002! I'm so old!!!
