So disappointed by Grete and Andrej. She should have tried solo again. In this duo, he takes too much place and the song lacks the energy of her previous attempts.

As for the other acts - no one really caught me. I liked Helen best, the rest is rather underwhelming.

Uhh, without knowing any of the context, watching Meisterjaan felt very, very weird. It was like if someone took a drug trip and then got drunk and thought it was a great idea to recreate said drug trip on film.

Does it make a lot more sense if one knows the lyrics? I think I might have heard the words 'cultural appropriation' at some point, but I could have misheard.

I like the video for how strange it is, but the song does nothing for me.

Elu Rupes may not be a song I want to actually be sent to Eurovision, especially once all the entrants are revealed, but it is a welcome addition to my playlist for playing in the background as I work.

kaia liisa kesler - her ballad could become good if it reached the liveshows, i suppose. but probably won't be (making it) either way.

triin & frants - answers the question i posed at désirée. "This is our choice" is one of the best Happiness Anthems across all of EL (second best possibly after Tantsulõvi). Triin's choice was to return with a generic break-up ballad. Shame. A "Generic break up duet" is still better than a "generic piano ballad" i suppose.
an-marlen - fun synthpop, sure.
meisterjaan - jaan's weirdness was never captured well in mere video clip format, so... please qualify and hit us with your weirdness in full force? or don't. i don't really care.
