Despite a bad draw I have no idea how this didn't win. Clearly superior. Me and my entire family voted for Estonia and even my mom who's not exactly ESC-fan at all found it amazing and was in shock something this good would enter eurovision.

While most other songs this year will fade out of my consciousness shortly, Estonia is a goldie that I'll continue to listen to for months to come. Thank you for sending this, Estonia.

My thoughts exactly. It's the type of song that I would listen to even without Eurovision, and it's still in my most memorable. Also I know I mentioned this before, but so thankful to Estonia for sending this as I would not have discovered Stig Rästa! I have been listening to his other stuff for weeks now and I will continue to do so and sure to look out for new stuff too in months if not years to come

There were a few songs the jury were suppose to love but didn't....somehow a lot of them were Sweden's big competition

And I thought they got good reviews in their jury performance....was there mention of iffy vocals :?

Goodbye to Yesterday was 5th in tele voting, the real people that pay money voting in their favorite song.
I never will forget this duo. I hope Stig record some songs with Elina in the future. They together are a very strong duo.
I want to hear more songs with them.

I went through several sites covering the juri rehearsal and no one mentioned poor vocals. On the contrary. Stig flaked a bit in the beggining of the final performance, but at that time the juries had already cast their votes. So this is all beyond me. And when you think 4th in draw + juri miserable points = hidden agenda.

This is so weird! I mean... It's like this year televote valued class and juries went for fire and gimmicks I always knew Estonia would do well with televote but i thought they'd do even better with juries. Can't really put my finger on it. Anyway, as far as i'm concerned, this was my favourite ESC entry off all time. Not on a rational level, but it hit me like no other before. So well done for making a portuguese happy in ESC (we don't usually get reasons for that )
