This definitely should stay in estonian!! I have only listened to the swedish and spanish lyrics, and they are really not very good. They dont flow very well with the music, and it seems to me that both versions were done by someone that didnt have enough time to put any real effort into the job. The gentle and magic feel of the song got completely lost with the spanish and swedish lyrics.

I like the Spanish version, I'm a bit annoyed they didn't keep it how it was though, that held note is like it's just copying last year. The original version of the song was perfectly fine, it's best not to cater for those who just want something louder.

I like the Russian version (I don't understand Russian though). The English version is quite nice as well. She sings great english and perfect Spanish as well? Wow she's obviously very talented with languages.

I agree with CypriotGirl. I've listened to the song about 5 times as well. Each time I enjoy it but then as soon as it's finished, I forget about it. It's so pleasant though and I don't see how anyone could hate it. I'll definitely listen to this more when my cd arrives.

Must add that I think that the new belted note towards the end is really unnecessary. I put the blame entirely on Ott who I remember encouraging Birgit to give the song more power. Not all songs need big notes and Birgit seems like a singer who doesn't choose to do them.

I never understood why you would record more versions of a song? What if someone likes the other version more then the Estonian? There is 1 vote less...

It could be one vote more, people hear the lyrics and maybe like to hear it in their own language.

And a look for after Eurovision. Russian is a try to make it in Russia. Spanish to begin to hart in Latin America... English to make it internationnaly... And Swedish to greet the host !

BTW, the English version is very beautiful as well I love the :

"But I know, I know, every way I'll go, what I'm leaving behind was a lifetime ago"

"Every ending is a start for something new"

But obviously nothing can be better than Estonian ! :D

And Birx is definitely the best ! :) xlove

Here you can see Birgits' chocolate. That's for promoting her. She will bring 120 kg chocolate with her to Malmö. Each chocolate weight 100g. So she will take 1200 chocolate bars with her. That's crazy!! :D

 The fact is that her belly may grow within the 2 next weeks so that she can't have something very fit because they can't anticipate what size she will have... :)
Anyway, she's wonderful, as always ! Pure beauty ! :)

I don't mind the English version, she does a great job out of it actually!

So, they have not gambled on the belly and in another part they have. 50/50. People, who would like to see that she is pregnant, can see it. That's why this dress choice. Btw, she is wearing the same shoes that she wore in Eesti Laul. Maybe this will bring her some luck. The dress was made by the same person, who made a dress to Getter Jaani =) Birgit also adds that the dress is very comfortable. I think it's good for her =)
I have to add something...
Birgit is soooo nice! :D

Russian version has some awesome lyrics, very well written but i wouldn't be able to understand a single word she sings if it wasn't for the subtitles so it's not so great after all.
Though nothing can beat the horrendous russian version of "Bistra Voda"

The cardboard cutouts are where the audience will be,,it gives the artists an idea of the staging.
