I welcome such minimalism!!! Lena is enough entertainment on her own. I really liked the simplicity. Camera & Lena. What more dya need?!?

It's really like her outfits. They've been extremely simple. No frills. Why? She's got an extremely expressive body. You only distract from that with intricate outfits.

Less is more. Think about it. :)

Obviously that's also Lena's philosophy and her entourage have recognised this, I should say.

Now that you're talking about her outfit: Imho her hairstyle should be like in the semifinal (mr. curiosity). She looked just gorgeous there. In the final she already looked a bit tired, still good though. ;)

Just wanted to comment that in the first round for the song "Bee", I thought Jennifer Braun's version was better. In the second round for the song "Satellite", Lena definitely did a better job. In the last round, Jennifer's individual song was better.

It also seemed that Lena didn't put too much enthusiasm in performing "Bee" and "Satellite", but then stepped it up a notch for "Love me" and I guess it makes sense she would want a song she took a part in creating to be her entry. She also didn't seem too happy when "Satellite" was picked for her. In the end it was definitely the better choice and her second performance of "Satellite" was much better.

Yup, I was sure, they'd both want to be represented by their individual songs and was kind of surprised Satellite was chosen for Lena. As I've previously mentioned, I liked all songs, thought the third for each of them was better.

The official preview video of "satellite" will be presente tonight on Channel ARD and will be available on eurovision.de shortly after.

Finally a video that fan pages can link to! Was about time.

I still wonder why Brainpool is called Brainpool. They don't seem to have much brain, let alone a whole pool of it. :D

I didn't. I thought Lena really nailed this summerly tune. I bought the studio recording. It's beautiful, lyrical and has attitude. Lena's high tones are just to die for.

Lets face it. Jennifer has a really good voice, yet she lacks - to quote the Icelandic entry - the "Je ne sais quoi". She's good, but not exceptional.

You mean the preview? It's a few minutes before 8:00 pm German time. So less than 20 minutes to go!

Don't expect too much. The video is done right after the final show til 5.00AM :)
It's mandatory, just to have a video.

It reminds me a bit of "Love is you" by Thomas Godoj. I like this kind of video clips, I think it's better to focus on the singer and the song than trying to tell a story with the video.
