Right now SBS Australia is broadcasting semifinal 1......... during the show australians can vote and comment on SBS homepage Denmark is in the lead with 86% positive votes and 1400 positive voters......WOW

Well, here we go...
Before the first semi, I was completely convinced Denmark would do well, but ultimately end up losing the victory.
Now both semis are finished, I highly doubt one of the six pre-qualified ones will win... and though Denmark hasn't got the best song, the performance as a whole simply is Eurovision winner quality. None of my personal favourites or bookmaker favourites could match that, so I'm slowly leaning towards supporting Denmark for the victory.

Waterfall you are forgetting the OGAE members voting, the fact that youtube video of Emmelie now has more than 2 million viewer (danish Esc record) + more than 14.500 likes... Facebook page has long past 2 million likes... iTunes highest ranked in most countries

Please, don't patronise me in that tone.
The same OGAE which has been wrong several times (including 2011, which was also a year with highly unreliable odds). The youtube video has 2 million? Cascada has over 3 million. Mengoni also has millions I think, but I can't check right now. Not to mention, people will OF COURSE go and view the "hot favourite to win" to see if it really can etc. The song is not making a significant impact on any charts except Denmark as far as I'm aware? Could be wrong.
Either way, what I'm saying is not that Denmark will not win, but that you can't trust that it will win simply because it is being rated and bookie's favourite. You say Emmelie is the clear favourite? How about all those other fan favourites that just failed in the semis, and stuff that almost NOBODY cared about like Armenia and Lithuania, hardly any views, terrible odds etc made it through?
Some Danes came up to me in the queue at semi yesterday, bragging about how Denmark was going to win. (I thought these people only existed on the internet!) I really want anyone else to win because of this. I just can't stand it! But as I said...it might well win. But you can't know that. Not this year.

Although I would personally like it if the danish entry got a bit "darker". It's a little bit top much titanic now. Too sweet for me.

I simply love Emmelies voice ..... some say it sounds like shakira, who ever that is, but anyway to be compared to someone you love is a nice thing.... So go for victory Emmelie
