"Fly" and "Lie to Me" are both really good songs and it's a shame one of them won't be at Lisbon. "High on Love" is pretty good too. Definitely a successful NF for the Czech Republic. Hopefully they'll take this on board and do a similar thing for the next few years.
I think "Lie to Me" will probably win which I'm happy with. It's a really catchy song and something we've never really heard at Eurovision. As long as it gets a good draw, we should see Cech Republic back in the final again
It will need a lyric change before it goes to Lisbon though

I figured it out, I deleted the app and downloaded it again, now I could vote for Mikolas

I really like the mysterious feel to it. I think this song needs a revamp - some parts sound a bit unpolished and it really bothers me - just when I finally start to feel this song, something disrupting comes on and kills the whole vibe.

It has grown on me
I think I can call it my guilty pleasure now... Seeing Mikolas perform it live helped too, I now believe he is able to pull it off live.
Debbi - High On Love (Music and lyrics by Ellie Wyatt, Jon Hällgren & Mahan Moin)
Catchy. Getting Belgium 2016 vibes, although less funky. I wouldn't be embarrased if it won. The problem with Debbi is that she comes off a bit cold sometimes. I am worried she might not be that likeable for ESC viewers.
These 3 songs above I think would be worthy entries. Eva is a great vocalist (look up some of her covers on YT), Debbi too. Mikolas is a bit risky in this regard but I think he would make up for that by his stage show.
Pavel Callta - Never Forget (Music and lyrics by Pavel Callta)
Pavel is a sweet guy but his songs are one big cliché. His English really bothers me, he should stick to Czech only. There is a bit of controversy as he performed this song live before 1st of September - although it was just a live demo version of the song in Czech. I think it will pass by EBU as there is some precedence for it, no? (Jamala's song too was performed live before September I think?)
Doctor Victor - StandUP (Music and lyrics by Doctor Victor)
Not bad, but not something I would listen to again. I don't think it stands any chances in ESC.
Eddie Stoilow - We Rule This World (Music by Jan Žampa, Lyrics by Jan Martínek)
Boring, generic, forgettable.

Have you seen the live performance yet? Imo in the video it's a bit awkward, but on the stage very entertaining.

I don't get they hype with "Lie to me". It's one of the most painful songs I've listened in a while.
My favourite choice is Eva, her song is the best and the most unique. A second choice might be Pavel. His song is a bit typical, but it's sweet and nice. The rest is a big NO.

This is actually a pretty sweet little NF, despite the fact there are two songs for me that are a huge no.
Eva Burešová - FLY Most interesting song here. It's giving me quite some strong Zola Jesus vibes. It's really dark and moody. I've got a problem with those lyrics though (I guess the lyric video didn't help matters). They are so basic and cliche, and I just think the song deserves a bit better.
Debbi - HIGH ON LOVE This one is giving me Joss Stone vibes. Sort of bohemian soul pop. Debbi's voice is great. The song isn't anything particularly special but I think i'm actually quite fond of it. It's charming. Unsure that I love it but it's something i'd add to my playlist if it went to Eurovision.
DOCTOR VICTOR - StandUP This doesn't really get going for me until the guitar solo comes in. I love rock & roll a lot, and I appreciate these guys. Judging by a couple of videos i've watched of them, I think they'd be great fun to have at Eurovision, and I almost just want them to go based on what they'd bring to the contest (obviously something different from everything else), but "StandUp" doesn't really excite me that much, perhaps partly as i'm just not that into hard rock. However I think i'll enjoy seeing this performed live.
Mikolas Josef - LIE TO ME Trolololol what even is this? Bop a wop dowoppidi dooo? Grandma's vinyl record collection realness for you. I'm in a good mood at the moment so I can handle this song. It's kind of hilarious and goofy. Risky, very risky but risks can be what's needed, and I think this could be something memorable, provided the performance is as charmingly dumb as the song is. The part with the short jazz scat section is the best. I love a bit of doo woppery dooo dooo ba dweee ba dee bwop and such.
The other two get a big ol' NO. Those four though above I find to be quite enjoyable. Only shame is I don't love any of them yet. Each one has something that puts me off slightly, but i'm intrigued still. At a push I think i'd say that "Fly" is maybe my favourite, despite the lyrics being almost offensively basic. "Lie To Me" however is the song that I feel has the best chances at Eurovision. It will have to fish hard for the public vote though if it goes, cause juries ain't gonna show love there (though they've done stranger things I guess).

"Lie To Me" is horrifying. Barely even registers as music, and the lyrics are angry, immature misogynistic shite. None of the Czech songs are particularly good, but I guess "Fly" would be the most acceptable. The standard is UK National Final levels of bad.
