I'm quite sure EBU is going to allow the broadcasters to confirm (not withdraw) in these moths. If not, it doesn't make sense that they're still releasing the official list of participants in January.

hahahaha, I didn't stalk you, I just love Bursa so much so I noticed, Bursa is my fave city..it's AMAZING, i visited it and stayed there only one day, but i plan to go again for longer time..Uludag mountain is GREAT, I climbed there with teleferik (cable car) to Sarialan locality! next time I'd like to go all the way to Oteleri locality and Uludag tepe peak!

Yes, they withdrew so that in case they could not find solution, not to suffer any fines. But EBU will release the list with participatiing countries in January after they see what's happening with Greece. I think that they will allow other "problematic" countries to join. And I think that we really have to be granted with exception, because we don't have working parliament and government and there is huge delay with the budget of the country for 2015. So BNT really can't say if they will have the money, because they don't know what's going on with their budget. On the other hand bTV would like to talk about future plans after JESC finishes.

They always announce these things on bnt.bg and eurovision.bnt.bg . There is nothing on both. The last thing said about Eurovision 2015 is here. So they may still wait for their budget and some possibilites for co-production. There is still time until January, so we have to hope for the best
