I really love the Bond feeling, but it just lacks some power.. It's a very introvert and difficult song to access, so it needs many listens, and I think I'll like it eventually... Sadly a Eurovision song should be working instantly :s
But on the other hand, I didn't like the Belgian entry last year in the beginning, but it really grew on me, and obviously managed to get a very good result in Kiev

Those verses are wonderful, but then that chorus is a bit of a let down. I mean it has a chorus which is more than can be said for most songs this year, but it could have been something.. more appealing? I don't know. I'm a bit confused. For sure it's in the upper echelons easily of what we've been given so far this year. As a composition it feels original, and melodically it's going in some interesting directions. I like its nocturnal vibe. This is something that's extremely listenable and high quality so i've got to give it props.

I'll give a cautious 8 points for now, as it's doing so much right. I'm not slayed but do colour me impressed.

The quality oozes from this. I agree there could be more to the chorus, but I think the combination of her live vocal and the staging should make the chorus more than it is in studio. The way you described it "nocturnal" is bang on the money, and one of the many reasons I absolutely love you. It's sultry but not sexual. It gives such an authentic vibe. I got chills my friend. Chills!

I would also add this that gets better after every listen. Might be my new number one, although France will be hard to knock off.

Love the composition and her voice sounds great although i was expecting a more intense chorus. Still prefer City Lights but props for Belgium, amazing how they worked like a charm in the last couple of years. Massive improvement!

I never got the hype over City Lights. This song actually deserves top 3, which I am really sure they will get.
