the international jury cant eliminate anybody. its the televoters only who decide on the winning song in case its a tight race. i am quite sure that folkshilfe will be in the top 3 if they have a good song, which they have like we heard from people who have been at the show.

the televoters only decide between the top two or three songs in a speed voting in case the race is tight.

Hopefully the international jury with its 50 percent can prevent Folkshilfe.
JSB are most promising and they have songs that are more mainstream than Marmalade Skies on their album. New songs specifically composed for Eurovision should work better for the audience.

It's 50 % jury and 50 % televote. It would be silly if we have a jury from 10 different countries and their votes don't count in a superfinal???

but after that voting there will be a speed voting between two or three songs in case there is no clear winner (would be interesting to know how it will be decided what a clear winner is). and that speed voting is without international jury, its 100% televoters. maybe my english is crap... but hope you understand now.... thats the official rules of the austrian national final.....
Just watched last night's show. Seemed a bit pointless but there were some really nice performances. Dawa and JSB were awesome as usual and The Makemakes really surprised me with their 2nd song in "German" which sounded way better than their other stuff.
I'm so addicted to this song now

i think they could have left out the second show. the viewing rates were very low too. but i guess next year orf will do something new anyways.

Well what do they expect! Why should people watch a show where the artists - already known from last week - perform songs that are not the ones for Eurovision and where you don't have any decision to make. Boring concept - no suspense! Just to hear the mentors praise the artists?
They should have takes 10 or twelve last week and reduce the number to six.
