The biggest upset for me tonight wasn't so much the fact I lost a favourite, it was losing a favourite to this. I always knew the car crash potential with this one was fairly big, but it didn't expect it to be THIS bad live. It literally was horrendous pretty much all the way through. My Mother and I kept glancing over at each ever, gasping at what we were hearing. Guy who opens the song (who I always thought was poor vocally) was off time. He sounded like someone they pulled off the street. Operatic woman was nowhere near as good as in the studio version. She sounded weak and nervous. Inga was the only one here who managed to hold it together. It really was a disaster. My mother said it was like an audition for a talent show. I have to agree with her. Highly undeserved qualification but I hope they improve in the final.
