Got home just in time for the results. It's...good. Grew on me after a second listen - I feel like if Albania give it the kind of revamp they gave in, say, 2009, it could really, really work for me. 7 points for now.

If they keep the song as is, Lindita has smashed the record for longest note. They had the Eurovision Record Book thing in 2014 and the longest note was 13 seconds - her note towards the end of the song was just under 20.

Meeeeeh it’s ok, but nth special, vocals are god, but not sophisticated entry at all..singer with outfit and make up (nails are horrible), composition, screaming.. I knew I will be disappointed in the end.. :( not to mention when they translate and revamp this, it will be trash I suppose.. :(

I wonder If i will like Albania again in ESC, I think I didn't like it since 2007 when I ADORED and VOTED it! xcry

I predict bad result in Kyiv, but it will depend on the other entries..

Well I don't know how I feel about this song, I need to read the lyrics somewhere since she is basically just making tunes out words and not pronouncing the words properly. Anyway I think it's safe to say she will translate the song in English. Being from Kosovo, she will have a lots of promotion and support from our media as well.
I feel bad for Ylli since he had such a good song, radio friendly and had kick ass lyrics. The chorus was just amazing, but oh well...

Hmm 5 points for now. Quite sure we will hear Lindita singing in English is May.. and who knows if it will be Botë or not :mrgreen: hopefully not

I think I can't really judge the winning song now objectively since I'm so disappointed that Yll didn't make it. I'll give it a second listening in a few days. But for the moment - very mediocre impression.

5....nice song, good voice, but she need too much things in more to hope for a place in final.

Yll Limani was really good choice IMO resutvise in ESC..maybe it could even pull the Poland 2016 who knows..he was much better than Linda Halimi, I see she is from Vitina..hmmm..not sophisticated singer at all (clothes, hair, make up), I don't insul village ppl, but she somehow reminds me village person (in our merits - Kosovo, Serbia, Albania)...
