Also there are alot of programmes and photoshop that could be used to make the artist be in Gothenburg even if she/he never been there.

This would be exactly the best idea to finally ruin it all - a true nightmare, imo. -.-

I'm very confident, that the responsibles will act much wiser (or: smarter) and better than this.

That's not that hard for Iceland. Have been in that country and it is really really amazing. One of the most beautiful places on earth, you feel like you are on a different planet...
