It's time to grab your very best disguises and to pay tribute/imitate/rip-off (delete as appropriate) another nation as we aim to uncover who is the ultimate COPYCAT!
Below is a brief overview of the phases of this contest, from registration and submission to the voting and results, and I'll give more detail as we go along.
A couple of general rules that you should be aware of:
• This spinoff is open to all NSC and WL nations with a minimum of 5 previous participations in NSC or WLSC (since our copycats will need at least something to take inspiration from when they select their song disguises!)
• As this contest is about finding the best creative copycat, I'm employing the Effifestivalen ruling of disallowing both previous songs and previous artists sent by each nation.
• To help retain the element of mystery and surprise, the identities of each "copycat" will be anonymously communicated by PM and you should avoid revealing the identity of your assigned nation publicly to the other competitors until after the voting phase has ended.
Moisantia will send our "real votes" to another jury member before the show is posted in the interests of transparency and fairness • Two sets of votes will be required from each player - one as your copycat nation (vote like them), and one as yourself; this will allow us to compare the copycat to their targeted nation's votes so we can uncover the true ultimate copycat!

Remember that you're aiming to emulate the style and tastes of your assigned nation so be sure to use the database and Wiki (https://nsc.fandom.com/wiki/Main_Page) for inspiration.
Also remember that previous artists and songs sent by your assigned nation in the main NSC and WLSC contests are not permitted.

Two sets of votes are required - one to represent your "copycat votes" reflecting your assigned nation's tastes, and the other to represent your own taste (full voting instructions in the show post)
