In the absence of a 151 registration thread, I'll post our next entry here for now.

First of all, massive thanks once again for the wonderful welcome back to the contest in 150 - a top 10 finish is really amazing and everyone at our broadcaster MTV and the Moisantian people are very proud of fabulous Dinah's result!

So onwards and upwards now, and when we think back over the pop music scene from the last 30-40 years plus, there have been very few people or groups that have come close to the colossal impact that our 151 representative had. Think what you will of his personal life or social appearances in his latter years, it's undeniable that his talent and ear for enduring melodies and lyrics was amazing.

We're opting for a remix of one of his perhaps lesser known or cited songs - this remix charted very well in the UK in 1997 (three years after it was released in its original form on the greatest hits compilation of the same name) so this choice is in honour of the 20th anniversary of its release.

So my plans for 153 are taking shape and considering it will be an edition held at Christmas I have a selection of songs for the time of the year that are potential candidates to represent Moisantia.

My question to you all you guys is - would you be interested in an NF to help me select the song? I'd be keen to have a decent number of voters, so thought I'd check you were keen before doing it. It will be a 7 song NF, and don't worry only 1 of the songs is a cover of the age-old Christmas fayre - the other 6 are originals by their respective artists

Wow wow wow, I am so delighted to finally achieve another PQ with Alida in 152 - only our second PQ entry ever!!
