I like Latvia and I want it to qualify. The NF performance was also really strong and professional looking. My worry is that the song is going to sound too experimental and niche to get public support to qualify. I really hope I'm proven wrong on that.If Latvia doesn't make it, and those dud songs from Armenia, Serbia and Ireland make it?
How does that make sense?
Serbia has a boring ballad that literally no one cares about, Armenia has a imagine dragons rip-off with poor vocals and Ireland is a jesc song that finished 10th on the scoreboard. And Latvia is serving what eurovision should be with gorgeous stagings and vocals.

I'm the same. I keep changing my mind on the qualifiers, running through the permutations. This semi is such a lottery that it's quite pointless to predict. Austria, Israel, Finland, Malta (the RO really makes it pop) are safe. Perhaps Czechia as well. The rest is a questionmark of what ifs and maybes. Every day i think differently.
So was Blanca Paloma and Gate :') I'd love them to make it over the likes of Armenia but we can't pretend the average viewer dislikes imagine dragons and imagine dragons rip-offsIf Latvia doesn't make it, and those dud songs from Armenia, Serbia and Ireland make it?

Sissal does seem like a lovely fun person who embraced the Eurovision spirit, although I'm not a fan of her song.I have reasons on why I think Denmark will qualify and Estonia not come 2nd.
Semi-Finals are usually taken up by the eurovision fans e.g Norway 2018.
Denmarks "Sissal" is an "icon" to lots of eurovision fans for having a great personality! And therefore, there will be votes from personality bias.
Estonia will not do as well in the semi-final as in final. I believe this as not so many eurovision-fans like the song. I love it personally though. And as the general-public loves the song, it will do better in the televote in the final than the semi-final.
I'm swapping my final qualifier fromSafe:
Probably safe:
Borderline:
Out:
Of the 3 I have as Borderline, I'm going to guess that Armenia gets the last qualifying spot. I love Latvia but I'm worried it's headed for a Fuleen or Eaea result (yes I know Ulveham qualified last year, but only just). I can see a case for Serbia qualifying but i just think Armenia might pick up more support and I also note France is voting here.
Of the Outs: Montenegro may struggle for support outside the Balkans. Denmark isn't a strong enough performer or song. Georgia isn't memorable. Ireland already feels like the budget has been cut so I don't hold out hope for the staging it would need to be memorable and create a 'moment' especially from slot 3.
