Almost all the French winners by female singers. I also have Loreen's Euphoria and Yohanna's Is it true among my faves. But by far the best is still Lena's Satellite; the one that got me hooked on Eurovision in the first place!

Not sure all of them can be considered guilty pleasures within the ESC fandom, since some are pretty iconic. However, these are the songs/performances that most often get a "wth you like this!?" response from people in real life when I tell them about it.
