-F.Y.R. of Macedonia, Hungary, Moldova & Serbia will fight all together for the last place in the SF 1
-Belgium will win the SF 1
-Czech Republic will qualify to the grand final for the first time in its contest history
-Portugal will fight to qualify from the SF 2 (it will get the 9th or 10th place)
-Austria will be in the final's top 10
-Helena Paparizou, winner of the 2005 contest and this year's spokesperson, will award the country's 12 points to Italy and probably 8 points to her homeland Sweden. If Cyprus is in the final, then 12 will go to Cyprus, 10 to Italy for sure and 8 to Sweden
-Italy will win the contest this year
-The final top 5 will be: 1. Italy, 2. Belgium, 3. Slovenia, 4. Sweden, 5. Australia

In my crystal ball, I can see that Monaco will win.

Excuse me? It will obviously be the amazingly stunning Sofi Marinova, taking revenge for her disappointing result in 2012, and winning for the beautiful country of Bulgaria.

The winner will not except the prize and the title. He will say that he and his country are not worthy and point out that Germany with Ann Sophie, who came second, should be the winner.

So now we need only 26 countries to drop the title and my crystal ball can turn into reality.

At least one of the Big 5 will finish in a position equal to the draw they performed. ()

Looking back on my initial predictions

1. The UK will finish in the top 10, silencing all the haters

So much for that! I still love the song though

2. Australia will finish in the top 5

5th place, thank you very much!

3. There will be at least 1 shocking non-qualifier

I was totally shocked that Malta didn't make it, so I guess that counts

4. Neither Sweden nor Italy will win (and run away with it)

I was half-right. Italy didn't win, but Sweden did

5. Switzerland will finally break through with the juries

Melanie actually did better with the juries than with the televoters. That's something, isn't it?

4) The Israeli spokesperson will wear a bow tie and will get lots of cheers for saying something in German.

5) Poland will feature background dancers in wheelchairs and will qualify.

6) Bonus prediction:

Russia will win because their message of peace and equality will touch the hearts of viewers across Europe and Australia. The fans in Vienna won’t be happy about it, though, and will start tearing apart the venue. During the reprise, the camera will change between Polina singing, fans from Russia and other countries beating each other up and police in riot gear storming inside the venue throwing cans of teargas into the audience. :twisted:

4) WTF, Ofer??? Every year he says something in the language of the host nation but he only spoke English this year? What a disappointment! T() He was dressed way too casual too.

6) Well, there were really lots of points from all over Europe and Australia and victory was near. If she had won, what I wrote would have probably come true.

I think I need to buy a new crystal ball for 2016.

What my crystal ball says:

If you want some ballzy predictions:
1. At least one of Greece or Romania will fail to qualify in the first semi
2. Spain will not end in the top15
3. Norway will either flop in the final (a mid-table result) or not qualify
4. Macedonia will be top5 with the juries in the first semi final, while Armenia will be top5 with the televoters in the first semi final
5. San Marino will definitely not end last in the second semi!
Bonus#: Italy will most likely win

#1 - Greece deserved to qualify with that vocal performance, but Romania didn't really.. Got it wrong!
#2 - Yes, and I even wanted to write outside of the top20
#3 - They flopped with the televote in the final, but the jury saved them big time
#4 - No and No (then again I didn't know how the performance will look like for the first one...the second one, that was 6 points short kinda surprised it didn't do better)
#5 - Yes and glad they didn't!
Bonus - most likely? Won the televote, but not overall..sadly

1. There will be no obvious/runaway winner (during voting, the top songs will keep changing places), unlike previous years,
2. There will be technical difficulties for Sweden (assuming they do the video backdrop thing) during either the Jury or Main performance, and controversy surrounding whether they get a second chance
3. Russia might get booed (again) but there's no way we'll hear it this time,
4. The UK entry will surprise everybody (hell, it getting any points would surprise some),
5. Australia will complete last in the final.

1. Well I was kinda right, there really were three 'top' countries getting the 12's and at half-time Russia was in the lead
2. Well who'da thought it would be Portugal?

4. 4th out of the PQ 7 was a bit of a shock, only getting 1 point from Ireland even more of a shocker

the overal winner will not be the winner of televoting, and will happen something like Jesc2014

These are my adding new daring predicitions:
6.Hungary will be a surprise Q from 1st Semifinal
7.Cyprus will be a surprise Q from 2nd Semifinal
8.Israel will be Poland 2014
9.Germany will be at the left side of the scoreboard
10.Estonia will be 6th in the Final

At least 2/5.
Israel was not exaclty Poland 2014.
And Estonia was 7th ! Very close to my prediction !
