I have hundreds of choices.
Edit: I went through my last.fm charts for the past 12 months to find a song from a ESC artist that afaik hasn't been in any contest of this forum and I found an entry. I'll reserve

I'm asking because the song I'm planning to send is a cover of a Greek song but I like that version more than the original.
I think that if we send covers it wouldn´t be as exciting as choosing just original entries. Well, that´s my point of view.

And the original version of the song I'm going to send is not known even in Greece where it was first released, it wasn't even a hit and I wouldn't have known it if it wasn't from an artist I owe almost all his albums.
entry sent! The one who came up with the theme does get to set a certain limit or frame in which the songs sent must fit into, though. There wasn't a single mention from Adrian who suggested the spin-off about such rule. And it's non-sense IMO, why disallow the covers in this spin-off and not let's say in "Nature Spin-Off" or "Fire Spin-Off"?
I don't know. But in a fire spin-off for example, there are only so many songs with the word fire in it. Here we can choose any ESC artist and any song from their repertoire, so there is a lot more to choose from.
If people want to send covers, I'm ok with that, but I hope it won't be covers of songs already entered in WV. :?

Okay, ill be more flexible. Sorry, it my first time organizing something so im totally new to this and who suggested the theme for the spinoff didnt put what they had in mind:?. I thought there were certain rules to follow, thats why i was thinking in not accepting covers.
So if some of you wish to send covers you can do it, i just hope not the ones that already participated at WV at a certain point.

CONFIRMED COUNTRIES AND RESERVED COUNTRIES HAVE BEEN ACTUALIZED!!!!!!
ALSO THERE WAS A LITTLE CHANGE OF RULES ON NUMBER 4. I THINK WITH THAT CHANGE I MADE MUCH MORE FLEXIBLE THIS SPINOFF. IF SOMEONE HAS OTHER SUGGESTIONS JUST LET ME KNOW BEFORE FRIDAY.
