WV Spin-Off #45: Confirmation/Entry-Sending Thread

Ahoy hoy, y'all! I'm starting this thread so as to send your entry for Spin-Off #45: ESC 2nd Chance! Welcome! A host city and hosts will be announced in the coming hours.
Here's how it works:
1. Send a song made for any national final from any year that didn't win it.
2. I will be very liberal with the definition of "made for any national final;" if you can provide some piece of definitive evidence that it was written for a national final, it's in.
3. The region selected should be accurate for the performer.
4. Have loads of fun.
5. Deadline is 11 August 11:59 CET sent to lavieenrose either by PM or whatever one-on-one method you would like.
6. I'll need song, artist, region, and, if it isn't obvious, the reasoning for its eligibility. If you want to send a specific section for a recap, you can let me know that as well.
