You take a country based on where the artist is from, just all the other spin-offs and the regular WV contest. So if the song is about Paris (or some other French city) but a Malaysian artist sings it, you should be taking Malaysia and not France.

Yes, I asked the same question last night at Cypriotgirl confirmed that it's one per region/country but can have multiple songs for one city
