These extra polls for tie-breakers usually go 24 hours after the first post, so I think it's passed.

As I understand it's the same theme as for Spin-off #17, so it should be called 'WorldVision 2nd chance-2' and songs from that edition can't be allowed (anyway it's 15th edition since that).
