"Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens, bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens..."

The Sound of Music was the first real movie I ever saw, a little over 24 years ago. And for two years it was the only movie we owned on video and so it was the only movie I saw. I get such a warm, fuzzy, unexplainable feeling whenever I watch it now or hear its music. I'm instantly taken back to my childhood, to that blissful carefree time. *sighs*
