As I understood, you need to send a song from your native country in your native language. So, you have to send something from Ireland (or maybe Australia too?) in English. I'm sure you will barely find a song then.

I thought we are allowed to choose any country/region as long as the song's in their native language; otherwise, it doesn't allow for much diversity in this edition....

Hopefully it is possible for us to choose any country/region we like. I think it will be much more appealing that way~ >_<

As you see here:

Native country/Native language
Artist must be from your native country. Song must be in your native language.

Indeed the artist also has to be from your native country. And this makes sense, otherwise it would completely ruin the concept if someone's whose native language is English to be able to send a song from everywhere. Now it's more specific, if you are from Australia, then the artist should be from Australia, etc.

And, If that's the case....then this is more specific to members of FSC rather than countries/regions, is that correct?

So: you're a player from Portugal and your native language is Portuguese, but your country in WV is Austria, that doesn't matter: you're supposed to send a song from Portugal in Portuguese?

As for countries with more than one official language, you should obviously go for your mother tongue. The first language you grew up speaking.

[MENTION=13353]Nathan[/MENTION] What country/region you play in WV does not matter in the spin-offs. Here you can play as any country or region in the world. Except for this particular spin-off when it has to be your own country.

Since there is no particular theme except that it has to be in native language, I guess I will send the second placed song in my WV NF.
