I have listened to everyone twice, and I have to say that I pretty much enjoyed every performance and everyone is good in his/her own way. If there would be some contest where the participants's starting positions are 12 points instead of 0 (like on JESC), then I think that would definetly have to be this one, because everyone deserved 12 for everything they gave to record and send an entry.
If I would have to make some list of favorites, and the ones that I liked a bit more than the others, then it would like this (in random order):
Foti (completely identical like the original
) ,
Zeljko (great interpretation + great and fluent pronouncing of Hungarian
),
Anna ( words are not needed here, simply
) ,
Simon (great song choice + I like how it sounds in this version too),
Vangelis (I enjoyed everything here) and
Aigars (very interesting and original choice of the song, and for me, a great interpretation
).
I am now even sadder that because of these unlucky circumstances, I couldn't manage to record myself for this contest that I waited for quite long, as someone who knows to sing and who is singing often + making his own songs as well, I though this is a perfect opportunity to show that in practice, but I will, anyway, support my favorites here and wish everyone good luck
All these songs deserve 12, I was sad to leave one out
