WV Spin-Offs have ten times more strict rules and limitations from FSC and NSC spin-offs, why to put another one? In both FSC and NSC spin-offs songs that had taken part in the main contests are allowed, and none of them has the rule of forbidding the re-enterring of a song in a spin-off unless 15 editions pass that we got here. I don't know why people want more and more rules for WV spin-offs.
