We decided that the Irish entry has to be disqualified. Unfortunately it cannot be replaced because the show already started.

If anyone from the voters gave points to Ireland, he should be asked to resend his votes.

It's not your fault, it was the entrant's responsibility to check the entry in the first place.
Right now, you should remove the entry from the first post.

I really enjoyed listening to the songs... Some of them hit me right in the childhood ^^ I was actually thinking of entering my 12 pointer myself, but ultimately choose Laura instead... I was thinking of entering the German artist as well, but with another song (Cherri Cherri Lady)... All in all a good quality of songs overall ^^

Most of the times, I listen only a part of the songs.

Jim, you know you have to listen to whole songs at least once. How can you listen only to part of the songs and then vote? Sometimes we even say that one time is not enough, let alone listening only to part of the songs and then voting immediately. This is unfair.

Jim, you know you have to listen to whole songs at least once. How can you listen only to part of the songs and then vote? Sometimes we even say that one time is not enough, let alone listening only to part of the songs and then voting immediately. This is unfair.

OK, sometimes maybe I'm listening whole songs and not some parts. It depends from what songs I have to listen. I was not so clear when I had said that!

The point is to give to all songs the same chance and not just some songs? Obviously it's ok if you already know a song to not listen to all of it, but I hope when it comes to songs you haven't heard before that you listen to the whole song?

If a song is bad and boring like for example Andorra's song of previous WV edition as I remember, then I don't listen the whole song! Now I think I'm clear, this is my clear explanation, the real meaning of what I've said before.

But how can you know a song is bad or boring unless you've listened to the whole song? It might take a different turn later in the song? it might not be so boring as you first thought after a while?

Many times I had a bad opinion about a song in the first seconds, or even minutes, but until the end it grew on me and many times I ended up voting for such songs. If we were about to listen only to half of the songs, then we should submit half songs, or snippets.

Turkish entry has a Greek version as well, I was shocked because it was so familiar to me! :shock:

But the original one is French, "Mon coeur pour te garder"! I didn't know that before!
