Not saying that he didn't do that, but merely saying that's the method of solving the ties in case if he hasn't known/forgotten etc. Additionally, it would be really bizarre to have a perfect match all the way down to a 1 pointer. Even top 2-3 happen very rarely.Maybe Looren actually did that, also with

EDIT: Now having re-read his post, it has more sense and possibility if it's one of the low-scoring songs. For some reason I was more focused on the winning entry

Yes I will to like that, but let's first see if the participants want me to decide the result of the tie by counting the number of first places that got the participants !
