What if it's in the other language but with exactly the same spelling?
If the title is exactly the same, it shouldn't matter what language it is, I think. Like if there was an ESC entry titled "Glass" and I send a song in Swedish titled "Glass", even though glass in Swedish means ice cream.

Exactly therefore I asked when it was said 'in the same language'.
For me it was obvious that different translation is not acceptable.

But this is not:

That's not what the rule suggests. What the rule suggests is that you can't send a song with title "Love is everywhere" while the ESC entry is called "Ljubav je svuda" (the same thing but in Serbian).
