Scotland to deliver its votes. The Scottish entry "Black Eyed Boy" by Texas is one of the "ancient" era flops, that participated in WV 05. It is also the lowest placed entry in this edition, having scored a 28th place, with 17 pts in the semi-final.

Romania would have been my 12 but I legit was going to send this song myself to WV. Just I had been sat on it since it's release and you ended up beating me to it. Easy 12 in the end x
