So what? Someone giving 12 points to a song that he thinks "shouldn't have qualified?" is weird.

There's nothing weird because of the some reasons:

1) This song is for an only listening and in WLSC I always rate them by the first listening, so it's no wonder that I forget about it and dislike it
2) Number of songs WLSC has less than 20 songs and Worldvision has bigger than 55
3) For me Worldvision is stronger than WLSC, and it's nothing special that other 15 songs sounds better for me than scottish one
