When I was doing my ranking, I enjoyed everyone but I thought there were 4 fellow competitors who had that extra something, so to come 4th in the end really does mean a lot. Music is my passion in life and I love to play instruments (I know i'm kind of crummy at them) and record, but I have no confidence to ever share that music with people. I entered this to try and conquer that fear. I wanted to put something honest forward and come out of it feeling the same as I was before no matter what happened. At first I regretted entering, but in the end i've come out with confidence, thanks to all of your kindness. I really do appreciate it.
Well done to Jamie. I had a feeling about the top 2 and I was right. I have to be honest though. I was a little smidgen surprised that the only 0 I received came from you. Of everyone here I would have thought that the other musician dude would have.. I don't know... been able to at least see a little something in my recording? Any less than 10 for you I thought would have been wrong as I madly respected what you're doing, even if you were singing a song i'm really not a fan of I just would like to know what was the reason I received your 0 if you don't mind me asking?

The key thing for me is that you liked it. It was a tough competition and it was really bad to give 0s. I enjoyed DaFlo's and Charlyije's cover too even though I had to leave them without points.
So yeah, it's nice to hear that you liked despite not voting for it

Thanks I understand, I do often go off into my own little world at times. I play by ear so i'll record stuff and it often comes out weird but I try and embrace that and work with it. I found it difficult to submit my cover because of the differences to Valentina's original version. Her music genuinely has meant so much to me and I just wanted to take her song, strip it down and do my own thing with it. I love dissonance and weirdness in music, I love trippy psychedelic stuff and that probably translates to whenever I play music myself. I have a fear of being judged by others and facing that fear head on has been good for me I think.
Everyone did a great job with their covers and it was so hard positioning the ones nearer the bottom half of my ranking, as I thought they were all on pretty much an equal playing field. Each had strengths of their own. Milos had such enthusiasm and I felt dreadful handing out my 0's. He didn't deserve it at all but it had to be done. I think this will be the first and last contest for me here because it's just far too stressful. Hopefully i'll find it easier sharing my music and passion with people now though.

Congrats Jamie! It was a great performance and you did it live with your guitar and all that. I appreciated that quite a lot and made forget how I dislike "Kedvesem"
I'm surprised though, cause the top-2 was clear for me, but I thought [MENTION=4597]Stargazer[/MENTION] was gonna do a Loreen here Anna, you have a really lovely and special voice. I would definitely buy an album of yours
