That's why it helps to look at the WLSC section of the NSC Wiki, so you know what songs have been taken already

I think the issue might have been the fact that the version in WLSC 35 is listed as "What's Going On" while the original song Il-Bidu has sent is called "What's Up", so if you weren't around for that edition then it's not immediately obvious that it's a version of the same song.

Consult a mod maybe? Some similar situation probably once occurred in NSC, so we could apply the same rules here that were applied back then
