You don't need to wait for it. Because Sean is busy and he doesn't upgrade very often. If you sent a PM to Sean, then you can open your thread and send your song to CypriotGirl.

There's no database for WLSC apart from wikia pages. You need to pick a random edition, for example: Waiting List Song Contest 39 - Nation Song Contest, and then just change the number manually to look at a different edition. Since there's no database, you'll have to check one by one.

Though WLSC 41-45 have not been added to the wiki yet, so the search might be futile anyway.
While you can look through each WLSC edition manually on the wiki, you can also just type in a search, like the artist name or part of the song title, to see what comes up. Easier and quicker.
