I never got around to sending that PM, but it got stickied anyhow so thank you mystery mod!
I think I'm always LOTR-inspired subconsciously, hehe. The fortress I'm using for Ásgarðrfjöll is from Game of Thrones, an equally awesome fantasy series.

Question: how do I treat the NSC votes? Like a REJU or like regular separate votes?
I had no idea. So how do I proceed from here? Just remove the entry from the list?

Like regular votes.
Remove it from the show. Did someone vote for Griffin Empire, yet? If yes, ask them to re-send their votes, it's still early.

I don't think it's fair to the other contestants to allow a DQed nation the chance to send another song if the show is already up and running. How are these things usually done in NSC/WLSC?

In NSC, it's the host's responsibility to check the eligibility of all songs before posting the show. Well... it should be the entrant's job in the first place.

I haven't had any time to check eligibility and I really think it should be the entrant's job and responsibility.In NSC, it's the host's responsibility to check the eligibility of all songs before posting the show. Well... it should be the entrant's job in the first place.
