I would've given Starships some votes if it had been entered a couple of months earlier, but it's a bit too overplayed now a bit like the Gotye track. Here's hoping that Pound the Alarm is a bit fresher...

Yeah, Starships took a couple of plays to have me hooked, but I loved Pound The Alarm instantly. I'm a sucker for those progression chords and RedOne's poppy-club style

I hate it when about 3 or 4 songs all come around at the same time that you're desperate to use for WLSC!! I have a list that has extended to 60 tracks now with tracks that I love and want to use for WLSC/NSC in the future - the problem is choosing which one to put in for each contest

Anyway, looking forward to checking out this show - I'm sure Brugger of Peace will put on quite a spectacle

It's really not that hard to find a song. You can use almost everything, except Eurosivison songs and songs used in national eurovision finals. If you need help, let me know.

Yeah, I have a question - this is supposed to be a separate contest from the NSC, right? So is it possible to send a song that had already been in the NSC (actually, I'm not planning to, but I wanna know if it would be possible)? And does it work the other way around too? Songs used in this contest will be able to be used in the proper NSC?

Yes, unfortunately...(and in both ways). I believe the only rule is that for an NSCer, he/she cannot use a song already used in NSC.

Just to point out though, the deadline is actually set to CET - so it'll be 2 hours ahead of the deadline that displays on that counter
