I do believe the time has changed. Why were the delegations not informed regarding this change? TV scheduling is now completely ruined! Our daily address from Queen Kim Woodburn will now have to be last 2 hours instead of the 60 minute, uninterrupted, daily programme. The nation is delighted but I have a feeling Her Majesty will have something to say about it.
