Well, for those who can't understand this...Maybe my explanation can be useful!
At first, only 12 and 10 points are shown...
For example...

it means, that Volantis got 12 from Republic Of Redwood, 10 from me (Rahasia-Diati ) and also 10 from Wuffels. And 32 points overall.

And then you can see the total number of points (counting only 12s and 10s) next to the nation's names.

The next step will probably be the same thing with smaller points.
