All I can say is that I don't agree with you about 80% of the time 2

From 21st century only:

2003 - Amazing, the winner that introduced a new era in the ESC history!!

2004 - Though not a big fan of it, it had that "something" that a winner must have. My favorite song that year came 2nd, but I think it didn't have that "something" that a winner needs!

2005 - No comments needed!

2009 - This song was written to win ESC, simple as that!

2010 - I liked other songs from that year, but I was happy that a simple pop song with not extreme show on stage won!

2012 - This song was written to win ESC, simple as that! [2]

2009 found true winner.
2010, I don't understand, why, how? Well, I am not saying as bad as can't win, but not a song for taking win. At least, doesn't deserve. Ukraine's sound were amazing. Also Manga's and Vukasin's choreographies were much, much, much better than her. I think rest of songs deserved more than Lena did.
2011 Italy to fair. Cuz this was so poor a year on songs.
2012, Nina did different to Eurovision but her choreography was awful. Finland and Slovakia were my other favourites. I don't know...

So the only year since I've been watching that I really disagreed with the winner was 2007. Of the successful entries that year I think Russia and Belarus deserved to win over Serbia.
Of course this doesnt mean that every other year my favourite won, it didnt. Like in 2009, I preferred both Iceland and the United Kingdom over Norway, but Im still real happy Alexander won and think it was totally right that he won too!
