I actually think this semi is turning out to be the stronger one

I do suspect that will win the semi because "Replay" is a solid song that should score well with juries and televote - also given that Tamta's vocals are probably better than Eleni's and SJB will stage it, I think she's in serious contention of winning the semi with the juries and televote.

one of those hard semis to predict. not many locks or dead on arrival entries.


the locks to me are and since y'all seem to be so confident in it i am including though i still fear for my bdsm angels. this leaves us four spots, which i currently gave to (counting on its strong first impression), (they have their natural advantage and nevena should keep enough juries on their side), (the song is too good to die but then again so was oniro mou - this can't fuck up staging and survive) and, bizarrely, (if sebastian sings even remotely well then i think juries will be into the message???).


this still leaves out a bunch of people with a strong chance such as , , , , and i guess enough people like unironically that they have to be considered? this is literally everyone in the semi except (which has a revamp coming so who even knows) and . good lord. i will go back and forth on this semi probably all the way until rehearsals.

This! The only definite qualifier I see now is Cyprus. The rest depend on the draw and, obviously, staging.

why are some people borderline on belgium? i know sennek just happened but that's RTBF. this year is VRT and they don't pull that kind of crap on us. they got a 12th place out of roberto bellarosa!! i expect staging to be great as it has been every time in their years since then, though of course eliot needs it because wake up is not an impervious song.

y'all are also sleeping on czech republic. it's probably my second most confident pick for qualification behind cyprus and its inevitable SJB extravaganza. albert is pribably the most charismatic vocalist this year and the song is upbeat and catchy. it should be easy for them!
