:cz: out
:ua::tr::hr::bg: back
:ba: probably not

Hmmm I think that it will be similar like this year with :ba: (that they'll send an application, but take part if they will be able to fund the participation fees)

Maybe out :cz: :ch:

Back :tr: :bg:

I don't see :ua: back if the situation both politically and economically keeps deteriorating.

After the link posted by Quent91 in the France 2016 thread, it seem :fr: will go in Sweden next year.

I think :cz: will withdraw. EBU made something to have them for the 60th anniversary but they are not interested at all.

:au: here to stay, for sure. :bg: back again, at least for hosting the JESC.

:ua: too, it's a significant country for the Eurovision, I think that a year off is enough for them.

I'm not sure about :ba: and :hr:

What can I say for :tr:? Is there a real confirmation?!

:sm: will be there if Italy continues to pay their admission fee, and if Ralph Siegel is still in for it, I guess they won't consider staying out.

:it: doesn't pay the admission fee for :sm:, Ralph Siegel does it since 2012! So if he wants, the little Republic will be in Sweden too.

And for the ones who say that if :it: stays in, :sm: too... it's good to remember that they debuted in 2008. The partecipations in the Eurovision for these countries are not linked at all. There are other connections between them but Eurovision is not one of these.

Really? I thought I had read on the forum that their main TV broadcaster was helped financially by RAI... Sorry if I messed up

Ralph Siegel has to stay then xpray

:sm: and :it: have an economic agreement but it's nothing about Eurovision and the admission fee (unfortunately for our neighbours XD)

To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if we had some random Eastern European country withdraw, like :lt: or :al:.

In:
:bg: will sell a kidney and be able to afford to participate
:ua: will come back if possible
:hr: might be back
:tr: might be back unless there will be kissing men on stage again

Out:
:cz:

Unsure:
:sm: will stay if Ralph Siegel keeps paying
:au: will probably stay if SBS is willing to pay enough money
:gr: might go too bankrupt to afford to participate
:pt: might take a break again

There might also be another international guest.

You are very optimistic about Turkey's return. I believe they won't be back. They keep saying "We may be back next year". Then, a reaction comes up as, "We have no plan for this year. Maybe next year." And it keeps over and over again. Turkey is not honest about themselves at all. They say the voting system is wrong. But the actual reason they are out is the political situation and Turkey's conversative government. If you don't want society to know about it, just get out and don't act like stupids.

To be honest, if Czech Republic withdraws because of failure, then good bye. The song was not something like to qualify. I was happy when they were back but I was disappointed with the song.

I don't think any pre qualifier country withdraws as long as they are PQ.

That's not true either, he only pays for the song, not the fee.

Lithuania have already asked for composers to start writing songs so they'll be in

I cannot say other things here about that, but you're not right, trust me ;)
