Oo interesting win. Does the city name have to be part of the title or just mentioned in the song? And can it be a song that mentions specific streets/places in a city, but not the city name itself?

If it's only the title that matters, could that which is in the title be a street, place/location in the city (instead of the city name itself)?

Like say for instance, I found a song about New York (just as an example), but the title is "Central Park"? Or would 'New York' have to be part of the title?

Lols I think it's pretty clear that name of the city should be in title... Otherwise it would be called the "Streets spinoff" or the "Landmarks spinoff" or the "Songs that associate you on some city Spinoff"

Well, for the last spin-off, correct me if I'm wrong, you had to reserve a country or nation (like in the main WV contest), but this time around since each song must have a city name in the title, I'm assuming that you must reserve the city that you want? Mods?
