Did you notice all the discussion from before the previous edition? From now on we should have two rounds of voting to find a theme which the majority like. Before we kept having the problem of a theme winning which hardly anyone wanted. Now the top 2 (or in this case top 4 because of the 3 way tie for 2nd) go to another round of voting for people to choose from them.
