Which country would be capable of hosting the best Eurovision ?

Any country with the right attitude and motivation can be a great host! I see most people are mentioning only Western/Nordic countries. Azerbaijan last year was a great host, Serbia was a great host too, Turkey, Latvia, etc.

I want to see the ESC come to Romania someday. Not with Cezar's awful song though, so Bucarest 2015!!! :-D
