That's why I suggested if Sweden is drawn in the first half, but I don't think that'll happen :?

In 2013 it was split over the two halfs in the draw 3 first half, 2 second half. In 2014 they changed it so it was more random and added more to the pot so in the end Only Germany was in the first half. I assume they will do that again this year.
I get it, so now that means that all the pre-qualified countries can potentially be in the same half
somehow I think it's fairer, no one is guaranteed to be in a specific half.
