What's the highest placing ever by a "joke entry" ?

Thought I'd make a list of 'joke enrtries' since 2000. For an entry to be a joke, I think the singers usualy sing as a charcter rather than an individual or act something out on stage. They may also poke fun at a certain situaution. Lyrically we may consider it to be out of the ordinary. These combinations I think make a joke entry.
