Western USA, always the bastion of internationalism is back in with it's old HoD with an imported singer. We've had many in our past and love a good import/accidental eligibility. This time, while WV is in Israel we have decided it would be suitable to pick a singer from that region... or close by anyway. So pray tell who is this imported singer from that way on who will be representing Western USA in Israel? Well it is Turkish singer Aleyna Tilki.
