Lithia has invaded parts of Genext and Moisantia in purpose to get access to the ocean, build a giant harbour there and create a wealthy trading imperium which will achieve complete control over Ennessee. It's war! xsalute

I have one idea. As an example I will take Genext and Lithia.
1. Genext and Lithia declare war.
2. Both countries send song.
3. 3 days deadline - WL and NSC vote for better song (Genext and Lithia can't vote)
4. Winner gets a region from enemy.
5 After that, both countries can choose:
5a) declare peace, and live in harmony
5b) extend war, and fight for another region... again.
