My paypal account was charged with 20.99 € for premium subscription, but I do not have premium subscription.

So, please recharge my paypal account or let me have the premium subscription. Thx

That must have happened last year also, because I subscribed for premium two years ago. I just did not realize it.

Just cancelled the next automatic payment at January 29, 2020.

The forum clock is showing the wrong time for me. For example, the last post I see in ESC 2019 - Song, Artist, NF Discussions was made "Today 11:20", but it's only 09:22 here. I checked my settings, and the time zone is GMT +1 (which is correct) and DST correction is automatic. I understand that DST started today in the US, but why is my clock TWO hours off? It's not a big deal, I just thought I should report it.

Ezio Please PM me the screenshot that the payment is made, I will manually add it
Vittra This is due to USA DST yeah, I think that it's automatically, but I will try to check out about that

When is the 2020 forum opening? Usually it's before the final.

And the top banner being so wide still annoys the crap out of me, makes the forum almost impossible to view on low resolution screens, particularly laptops (just resize the browser window to be narrower and you see what i mean)

I’ve got a bit of a dilemma. My gold subscription has run out again, and... rather blindly I paid again, forgetting it’s a renewable thing. And apparently I was still paying twice anyway from when I had a problem a couple of years back. Two payments went through at the start of May, so I’ve made three payments in total this year by accident when I’d like just the one of course. Doh, I messed up:cry: Help me please.

edit: If it’s easier, maybe if there’s a way to lock my account down for three years of gold? I wouldn’t mind paying in advance and I could cancel the remaining subscription. I just (hopefully) cancelled the two subscriptions from May so my paypal won’t be charged again next year, but the payments already went through on them for this one.

You can cancel one of the monthly payments through your paypal account. At one stage, I had 3 concurrent subscriptions

Is it just me or is the forum button on the home page not working, and just directing to a page not found? :?

Most likely a browser issue. Try to open the forum in another browser and you can also try to remove the cookies (and cache as well) in the current one.

The font also changed. I'll clear my cache later. Thank you. :D

Any chance we could restore sig limits? I know they're unlimited or at least huge for premium members but there's one or two members with essays for signatures and it's incredibly annoying

Today I get 'internal error 404 - Sorry the page you were looking for was not found' whenever I am inside a forum and then pressing 'FORUM' on the top line to get to the main forum page.

I have tried several different forums on the site and it happens in them all for me. The browser window says - https://escunited.com/internal_error.html

The only way for me to get into the main forum page again is to type -> http://escunited.com/forum/forum.php into the browser window. I am using Chrome.

Anyone else have this problem?

The site has also been a lot slower than usual for me past couple of days, takes much longer than usual to load. Technical glitch?

try clearing your cache in your history. I had it before also, and doing that worked. The past couple of days the forum has been going at a snails pace for me also and pages have constantly failed to load, so that might be it.

Thanks for the tip, Ashley! Clearing my cache (history) helped sort the ‘404 error’ issue.

Hopefully the current slowness (snails pace) of the forum/site will be sorted soon.

When I try to access the forum as usual it doesn't connect me at all ("Connection timed out"). On 4 different browsers.
On the forum and on the site ;)

Cleared cookies/DNS etc., did a ping test for my router (checked MTU), turned the router off. But I can't access the forum & the site.

Everything works well on proxy.

When I add "www." before the url (https://www.escunited.com) it loads (slowly) but it doesn't see my cookies and I can't see half of avatars and smileys ...Smileys that work actually work for me even without proxy (and their direct url starts with "https://escunited.com", flags don't work but their url also starts with "https://escunited.com").

When I switch back to proxy it recognizes my cookies and I'm automatically logged in.

ps. Everything was working for me around 23:00 CET after the forum has been already back I assume ;) But it stopped working around midnight CET yesterday and I still can't access it.
