Well, no. Because I feel that the actual reveal of the act would at the very least warrant an official tweet from one of the BBC's pages saying that it is happening tomorrow. Even a short article on the BBC's news site adding to that. It has been hours since that tease went out and there has been nothing else on the matter. Sure, we might get something later in the day but here and now it feels so strange to me that nothing else has been said by the BBC on the matter that I don't think it will be the reveal of the act. Usually, this is something they do on both Radio 1 and 2.

Now, I could see them announcing an announcement. Saying "Today is the day, the act will be revealed on The One Show tonight". But doing it with zero fan fair? Seems odd. Especially given the UK is hosting this year. I'd have expected the Beeb to milk this for all its worth.

Another thing I'd like to add to this is that the schedule listing (at the time of writing) for Ball's show makes no reference to Rylan, let alone Eurovision. Again, this might be updated later, but I feel there might have been a miscommunication somewhere along the line. But we'll see. Well, I won't, I'm not getting up early for something I can just listen to on Youtube after the fact.

Indeed I had my doubts a healthy dose of realism there ta. At this rate I’d be happy with an announcement of an announcement.

Well that's exactly the point - I can only see the one track too, Holy, which has 12 shazams, regardless of where you are in the world I'm sure this is the case (sorry I should have made that clearer).

That this person can even see a hidden 'Track 6' suggests they're in the know. This hidden track with well over 1000 shazams suggests that's the old version and they transferred its metadata in time for a new version/edit.

The way I see it this user has proved he knows something, as this mythical "Track 6" is indeed hidden, but we can easily go and look to find Holy has a small handful of shazams. He wouldn't be able to leak the song but he could at least point you in the right direction.

Appreciate you clarifying, and I get that this person claims to have had special access to the song somehow but the fact they reference Shazam as some kind of source just raises even more questions than it does answers. As someone who isn’t too familiar with the site though and whether or not special permissions can be granted, I’m inclined to side with you that it is plausible purely out of wish fulfillment. At least we don’t have long to wait now anyway.

Hello BBC Eurovision, wheres the tweet or insta story about tomorrows announcement??? The same one confirmed on radio today.

It's giving old BBC and I'm not here for it. It's probably the pessimist in me but i have a bad feeling.

It's a shame but if it's low-key, it's Mae.

I feel like they would be hyping the shit out of Rina if it's her

I feel there is a difference between a low-key reveal and revealing it in a way like this. This feels like the kind of reveal they'd do if they had zero interest in the contest at all. Like a "Well, we are doing Eurovision, so whatever, it is happening tomorrow". Not to say it isn't Muller but a reveal with no hype at all? I know last year's reveal was low-key but it wasn't this low-key right?

I really dont think its Mae Muller.

Why would ESC Crystal Ball say they dont know then suddenly tweet an image out of what appears to be a cover for a single?

Its definitely not her, remember when they tweeted out thinking it was Birdy?

Looking at their Twitter page, BBC were silent for a month until the day of the reveal. I would expect them to maybe post something tomorrow morning asking people to tune in to Radio 2.

Also to add to this, if was her, wouldn't they tweet out an image of the cover for the single she is doing for Eurovision? I know that would be legally spicy to leak that but if the entire page is dedicated to leaks why would that matter?

Kinda my thought tbh?. BBC Eurovision has been very active recently also, so the total silence on it is speaking volumes. Unless there has been mistake again, like with the presenters.

If it is that Mae song, i just hope they lift the song with brilliant staging, camera work and choreography… it’s an alright song from the snippet, i just don’t think it’s what we should send as a follow up from Sam’s incredible feat last year
